The Memorial of the Freeholders and other Inhabitants of the Massachusetts Bay, Rhode Island, and Providence Plantations, [blank space] New Jersey, Pennsylvania, The Government of the Counties of New Castle, Kent and Sussex, upon Delaware, Province of Maryland." Signed by "James Otis, Olr Partridge, Committee from the House of Representatives of the Massachusetts Bay; Metcalfe Bowler, Henry Ward, Committee from the Gen. Assembly of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations; Hendk Fisher, Joseph Borden, Committee from the Province of New Jersey; Geo Bryan, John Morton, Committee from the Province of Pennsylvania; Tho M: Kean, Caesar Rodney, Committee from the Government of the Counties of Newcastle, Kent and Sussex upon Delaware; Wm Murdoch, E.
