The Memorial of the Freeholders and other Inhabitants of the Massachusetts Bay, Rhode Island, and Providence Plantations, [blank space] New Jersey, Pennsylvania, The Government of the Counties of New Castle, Kent and Sussex, upon Delaware, Province of Maryland."
