Content: Additional title continues: "...for since the fateful interview with Prince Buelow last month the Emperor has withdrawn himself entirely from public gaze and remained in utter seclusion, in strange contrast tot he life in the full glare of the limelight which he has led for so many years. Our photograph will recall to many readers Tenniel's famous cartoon, "Dropping the Pilot," which, curiously enough, marked the beginning of the "presonal régime" as our picture marks the end"
