Performers: Performed by participants of the Japan Studies Institute: Performing Arts of Okinawa as part of a Festival of Ethnic Music and Dance. Directed by Ryōshō Kin, Seisho Nakasone, and Masao Shimabukuro. Cast: Cheryl Nakasone (Wakamatsi), Kimiko Ohtani (Woman), Earl Ikeda (Priest), Ann Nishiguchi, Marsha Hee, Claire Miyagi (Acolytes), and James Hanashiro (Demon).
Venue: Videotaped for the Asia Dance Project, JDR 3rd Fund by Dennis Burns and Cinda Weber during a performance at the Kennedy Theatre, University of Hawaii at Manoa, on August 7, 1976.
