Description
Transmit papers and documents showing the settlement made with the late State Brigade; have found the business perplexing and disagreeable, but believe the best mode for doing general justice has been pursued; have found many fraudulent applications and orders repeated, in some cases 20 times; Mr. Morrell, the bearer has attended meetings where this business has been transacted.
