Description
Lewis Archibald, a journalist who wrote for the magazine "Downtown," interviews Herbert Ross, American actor, choreographer, director and producer predominantly in the stage and film fields. Ross talks about his career, and various productions that he directed and produced, such as the 1980 American biographical film "Nijinsky"; and the 1981 musical film "Pennies from heaven" adapted from a 1978 BBC television drama for American audiences by Dennis Potter, who changed its setting from London and the Forest of Dean to Depression era Chicago and rural Illinois, that was recently released; and others.
