Title devised by cataloger.
Penciled on the verso in an unknown hand: "1843 [or 1823?]. Duplessis Bertaux." This may signify the French printmaker Jean Duplessi-Bertaux; his death date is uncertain, but is believed to be between 1815 and 1819.

Description
Depiction of three men in eighteenth-century costume. The central and largest figure appears to be dancing a hornpipe, with arms folded. The man at left also appears to be dancing, while the black-clad man at right looks on with arms akimbo. This print may be an illustration of a scene from a theatrical performance.
