Content: Picture caption: "Das ist das Ende der englischen Piraten. In der Nähe einer Arbeitsstelle der Frontarbeiter der Organisation Todt schoss die deutsche Flak einen Briten ab. Dies sind seine Trümmer."
Content: The Organization Todt (named for Fritz Todt, a prominent Nazi civil engineer), was responsible for numerous massive building projects throughout the Reich. Many of these used concentration camp inmates, forced laborers and foreign "volunteers", all of whom were treated like slaves.
