From the artist, "5/7th Cavalry Infantry Battalion, 1st Air Cavalry Airmobile Division, location 1.5 'clicks'/meters North of City of Hue on Highway 1, Vietnam; end of day after marching into an ambush by NVA Regulars mid morning that resulted in an all day fire fight submerged in rice patties."
