Notes
Content: Note on cover: The story told in this little song is of a mother who lavished all her maternal caresses upon one favorite child, while the other she treated with indifference. The childish expression "It's only me" made a deeper impression on the author than a masterpiece of grammatical construction could possible have done.
Content: Cover includes a drawing of a child at the foot of a bed, her head buried in her arms.
Content: Dedicated above caption title: Respectfully dedicated to Mr. and Mrs. Fredk J. Lowrey, Brooklyn, N. Y.
Content: On cover: Sung with great success by John P. Curran, the sweet-voiced tenor of the "Two Clippers." Cover includes photograph of John P. Curran.
Statement of responsibility: words by Walter H. Ford ; music by John W. Bratton.
