This remarkable, imposing triangular structure is one of many great properties controlled by the United States Realty & Construction Co. Its peculiar shape, towering height -- 286 feet, 20 stories -- and conspicuous situation make it one of the best-known buildings in America. One of the wonders of the age."--printed on border.
