Content: Alternating red and blue initials with opposing color penwork extending into borders; chapter numbers and names of books in red and blue; daubs of red as placemarkers; rubrics.
Content: De Ricci and Dr. Guest both place this manuscript in France, and Guest places it in Paris. De Ricci dates it to ca. 1300. Dr. Guest dates it to the mid-13th century.

Content: Initials with animal or human figures at opening of each book, often with elaborate extensions into borders.
