Content: Rhyme at the end begins, "M. christi bis c. quarto deno quartus anno/ De sacro buscho discrevit tempora ramus . . . (incorporating the date 1244)
Content: Historiated initial of the author pointing to the sun; explanatory notes and verses in the margins, [f. 14r] -- Chart showing the solar system with earth at the center of seven concentric spheres; grotesques, [f. 17r] -- Page of text, initial with penwork, [f. 19r] -- Notes in text expand the names of the months and the names of the zodiac; chart integrating months and zodiacal signs; animal and human figures, [f. 23r] -- God seated in the center, surrounded by a circular serpent biting its own tail as a symbol of the returning cycles of the year, [f. 29r] -- Circular diagram labeled "Garlandus" and "Dyonisius" with series of letters a-g and numbers 1-7, [f. 35v] -- Circular chart correlating directions, winds, elements, seasons, temperaments, qualities, and ages; in the spandrels, grotesques, a fighting man and a queen, [f. 38v] -- Orbit of the sun with corresponding light and dark sides of the moon, [f. 43v] -- The earth in the center, surrounded by a tail-biting dog, the moon and its phases, the sun on its orbit, correlated to signs of the zodiac, [f. 44r] -- Chart of the decemnovenale cycle, the cycle of epacts, and the cycle of the "claves", [f. 66r]
