Anna Halprin and performers of the piece, Intensive Care, discuss working with people facing mortality, wanting dances to be useful with audiences being a witness, confronting death, Halprin talks about the change in her career after she had cancer, the five part process for scoring this dance, performers discuss their physical health and isolation, the transformation process, being angry, contemplating and being around death.
