[Introductory remarks by unidentified speaker.] John Gruen introduces his guest, Eliot Feld, and plays an excerpt of a recording of a mazurka by Frédéric Chopin used in Feld's work Mazurka; Gruen speaks about Feld's ballet Mazurka; Feld speaks about choreographing; Gruen and Feld discuss Feld's background; Feld speaks about his first choreography, at American Ballet Theatre [commercial announcement]; Gruen speaks about some of the characteristics of Feld's ballets; Feld speaks further about his work Mazurka; working with his dancers; Gruen plays an excerpt of a recording of a mazurka.
