Content: Picture caption: "Zur gleichen Zeit trat auch Reichsminister Dr. Frank sein Amt als Generalgouverneur für das polnische Gebiet an. Sein Amtsitz ist die historische Burg in Krakau, deren Schlüssel ihm feierlich überreicht werden.
Content: The General Government was what was left of Poland after large portions had been added to the Reich. The General Government's population were to be used as serfs, while crops and natural resources were to go to Germany.
