Merce Cunningham's Events consist of a selection from his group and solo works performed to music and decor specially arranged for that event. Each event is performed only once, and not meant to be repeated. The Event performed Jan. 14, 1998 contained excerpts from Torse, Pictures, Points in space, Trails, Un jour ou deux.
