The brothers Eugène and Alfred Hautecoeur, the Hautecoeur Frères, managed the business from 1843 to 1867. Jules Hautecoeur, Alfred's son and the great-grandson of the founder, later became the sole proprietor of Ancienne Maison Martinet.
