Description
SUMMARY: Waldman discusses the creative process in photography, using slides to illustrate how he draws upon great artworks of the past as inspiration for his own work. His examples include his photographs of Sanasardo, Janet Eilber in Martha Graham's Lamentation, Alwin Nikolais' company in Noumenon, and Dennis Wayne in Norman Walker's Lazarus, as well as many others that are more briefly discussed.
