Description
A benefit for the Merce Cunningham Dance Foundation honoring John Cage and his work. The material consists of MCDF 'house filmmaker' Elliot Caplan roaming around with a camcorder and greeting various people at the event. Much of the conversation is unintelligible, and that which can be clearly heard is largely standard party chatter. Among those briefly seen and heard are Merce Cunningham, dancer/choreographer Lucinda Childs, Cunningham dancers Chris Komar, Kimberly Bartosik and Emma Diamond, and Cage himself.
