Shows location of Jones Falls, proposed channel & sewers, and "flooded district." Bound by North Avenue, Cathedral St., Greenmount Ave., President St. and the harbor. Includes "Section of new channel & avenues at Baltimore St. bridge," Section of sewer from Monument St. to Frederick St. dock," "Section of new channel showing the height of bridges," "Section of sewer above Bath St.," "Section of sewer from Bath St. to dock," and several additional section drawings. "Note: The original design for the improvement will be found in The Report made at the request of The Committee of Property Holders of the Flood District on the 31st of July 1868."
