Description: Willa Cather was an American novelist and short story writer. Collection consists of author's typescripts, with manuscript revisions, of Lucy Gayheart (1935), Shadows on the Rock (1931), and A Chance Meeting; a carbon copy, with manuscript revisions, of My Mortal Enemy (1926); and revised galley proofs of Sapphira and the Slave Girl (1940).
