Manuscript, on paper. Colophon on p. 70 dated 13th of Nisan 1640, by the copyist, who calls himself Sh.v.ṭ. The manuscript was purchased by Ephraim Deinard from Giuseppe Jarè in Ferrara in 1902. The text corresponds to the "enlarged version" in J. Schirmann's edition, Jerusalem, 1965.
