Collection relating to the development of railroads of Russian Empire at the beginning of the 20th century, consisting of more than 30 volumes containing pamphlets, books, government documents, maps and charts, as well as some typescripts and hand-written materials. Many titles are from the library of Alexander Nahum Sack or Aleksandr Naumovich Zak (1890 Moscow, Russia - 1955 New York), who was a jurisprudence expert and professor of Russian law specializing in international financial legislation.
