Description
"Makhzan al-asrar" by Haydar, Talbah (fl. ninth/fifteenth century). In Chaghatai. Copied 25 Jamada I 883/24 August 1478, probably in Tabriz for Abu al-Muzaffar Ya'qub Bahadur Khan by Sultan Ali Ya'qubi. Fine waxed Chinese, dyed robin's-egg blue, speckled with gold, and painted with Chinese landscapes, flowering trees, and birds in gold.
