Content: Consists of 105 full-page woodcuts of lace designs, drawn, and possibly cut, by C. Vecellio. All but one of the plates are printed on one side only. Pt. 1 has 27 cuts (including one of Venus within a lace border; pt. 2, 22 cuts (instead of the 24 found in many copies but including, on sig. FF4 the Vesta medallion usually found on sig. GG4); pt. 3, 26 cuts; pt. 4, 30 cuts.
