Statement of responsibility: Illustrations: 51 full-page engravings, including illustrated Latin title, after Gerard Groenning. No. 11, 14, 42 and 44 (Alvin 1645-1648) are signed by Jan Wierix and it is possible that all the engravings are by him in spite of the ascription to Philippe Gale in the French title.--cf. Delen.
Content: Privilege dated 1573 below undated colophon; translator's verses to the reader, f. 50b, dated April 3, 1574.
