Imperfect: prelim. leaves 1-8 and f. 1 wanting, supplied in ms. facsimile (facsim. of t.-p. signed: F.s. by H[arris]). Last leaf of pt. [4] (blank) and pt. [6] (blank or with colophon) wanting. Several leaves mutilated and repaired.
